You can certainly post them, it might be expensive to send the parcel.
They might get through (I imagine you won't be putting the true contents on the customs label) or they might not. You pays your money you takes your chance.

My only worry with this is that you could have your parcel randomly scanned bc of the bulk and weight (or lack of) and then they might confiscate the ciggies due to lack of duty paid....

What would be a good false description to put on a parcel full of fags? As you said above the bulk/mass/rigidity makes it pretty obvious. What is similar (and would plausably be sent so far by mail)?
you might have an issue with getting the brands mentioned in Cambodia - personally never seen them sold here - maybe Koh Kong or Poipet - always buy mine in BKK en route

if its not too much of a issue take ciggies out of boxes and repackage and then delete this thread

If you are asking on a forum about posting cigarettes to the UK, you are in the wrong business.
http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/customs/arriving/arrivingeu.htm
Note from here you can take back 800 from EU countries, and play dumb with customs saying "I read the website, oops I never saw EU"
Most get through as hand luggage, posting it is asking for trouble.

Are you going to address it to yourself and label it falsely? That's pretty incriminating if/when you get caught.
There's a very good chance they open it because they will be suspicious that a large parcel from Cambodia may contain drugs.

A dopey mate of mine in uni sent some weed to another of our friends when he went home for the holidays. He also included a note with his address so he could send him a cheque for payment. Pure genius or what!
After a very nervous wait he got away with it, thankfully...

I'd really advise against sending a consignment like this through the post from SE Asia to the UK.
Anything like that is very likely to attract interest from the Customs. I have had two items sent to me here in London from Bangkok and both were opened and then resealed by UK Customs. One packet was the Nancy Chandler street map of Bangkok. The second packet was a paperback book I'd ordered from Asia Books. Both innocent but both were checked by HMRC, presumably for drugs.
