Did you complain to the receptionist, other staff or send an email?
As the management of "one of the best dental hospitals in ASEAN" I wouldn't want such people guarding my business...
My impression of Roomchang was always very professional so I guess they might even care about it...

I'm going back there at lunch time to have a word. I feel the same way,i wouldn't want em anywhere near my place of business. Bunch of neanderthals.
They're apparently going to 'Punish' the cunts. Only time will tell if that is true. Probably just pull em in for a good old laugh about it. Fucking arseholes.

Everyone raves about that place. Am I the only person who finds the work done there a bit... off? I went for a cleaning and the guy did basically half of what a western dentist would do. Then at the end, he noted that I still have my wisdom teeth and informed me that he didn't clean back there because "it was far and hard to reach"... Uh, isn't that you're fucking job?! Usually you leave a cleaning with your tongue feeling your teeth all the time because they're so smooth. Not after going to Roomchang. Got back home, washed my hands, reached in the back and could scratch some tartar off with my fingernail... Maybe polishing isn't part of their "routine"? And I don't like being told a cleaning is 20$, then having to pay 30$ because two x-rays cost 5$/pop.
I suppose if you're British it'll seem like you've walked into some futuristic sci-fi world but I didn't find it up to par to anything I've had in the west. That being said, know people who have had "serious" work done and were quite pleased so maybe I just got unlucky and had a "so-so" guy? Or maybe they have a "full cleaning" package I'm unaware of?

There are always two sides to every story. What a shame andyinasia now has honest employment with RCAF.LexusSchmexus wrote:Everyone raves about that place. Well I wasn't gonna chip in, but ......
The dentists do vary in quality quite a lot - best to find a good one via 'word of mouth', as it were.
But re. the OP: the guards were fine when my wife was cracking the whip, but that was a while ago now. My guess is they've changed security companies since then. I've noticed with the condo that we live in that the management company has changed the guards at least 3 times in the last four months. Each new one is worse than the previous lot. I suspect the management at our condo are cutting costs, and, of course, one gets what one pays for. They do also seem to be sensitive to customer complaints (given that one customer's monthly rent is more than the salary of the entire security team). Wouldn't surprise me if a similar situation is at work at Roomchang. I must stress that this is my own speculation; whilst my wife is in regular Facebook contact with many of the staff, she doesn't talk shop with them.
