Or Scallan of Skelm, pronounced 'Skem', as in the bumhole of the North of England, Skelmersdale, in West Lancashire. A nowhere town full of roundabouts and fake scousers.vladimir wrote:Scallan the skelm*
*skelm means a mischievous person, no-gooder in Afrikaans
Has a nice ring to it, like the word proctologist.

That Facebook page Cambodian Scammers is great.... just joined up.
Although mostly for Sihanoukville businesses..
Would be great to get something like that happening for Phnom Penh and out a few expat scammers that have well overdue unpaid bills with us.....

Yea it is a handy site for business owners and non-business owners alike. It is designed for all of Cambodia, because as scammers are exposed they will generally move on to the next town in search of new victims. So if you feel the need to warn others about any known scammers from PP, then just post it on there.James Bong wrote:That Facebook page Cambodian Scammers is great.... just joined up.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
Should be a success here, and keep it closed so those scammers don't get in and find out about themselves. Good luck.
