i'm a hunter (which tends to lead to a bit of open carry at times... usually ignored by the police though), but i googled the specifics... i only know the states in which i've lived/visited.
Those who begin coercive elimination of dissent soon find themselves exterminating dissenters. Compulsory unification of opinion achieves only the unanimity of the graveyard.

Maybe there might be a clue there? However you're obviously too sheltered and inbred to figure out what that might mean.a face that looked like it would make 9 out of 10 children cry if they merely put eyes on it...they both look mean as hell..
Just to put you in the picture, because you're plainly far too thick to figure it out yourself, plain-clothes security forces here don't look quite like they do in many other countries. I've seen plain-clothes cops in Europe with dreadlocks, wearing scruffy clothes who are very hard to differentiate from the average street scum-bag. Plain-clothes security services here are generally ex-military veterans of the 80s/90s wars. They don't have long hair or beards or ripped anoraks. They do look mean as fuck, because they are. They generally dress neatly too. You know fuck all about it, so don't patronize me with your lame boasts about the guards in your apartment.

Am I missing something or shouldn't this post be in the "Not Cambodia" subforum?OrangeDragon wrote:7 forbid it (including texas if you can imagine that...)
15 pretty much leave it subject to local laws, and most of these states frown on it and will hassle the person even when there's no specific law preventing it.
13 only permit it with a special license
The rest it's legal... however in most of them if you're doing it in a public place where it can cause "public alarm" as deemed by the officers you can still be charged with disturbing the peace.
And federal law prevents doing so within 1000 feet of a school (K-12).

Perhaps his RPG7 was in for a service?6EQUJ5 wrote:I recently saw a Khmer in plainclothes (i.e. not in a police or security uniform) carrying what appeared to be an AK47 slung over his shoulder as he rode on the back of a motorbike. This was during daylight hours on a highly trafficked road in Siem Reap. Any thoughts on this?
I saw a pigeon near the Royal Place yesterday...
ירי ילדים והפצצת אזרחים דורש אומץ, כמו גם הטרדה מינית של עובדי ההוראה.
I've seen guys with AKs on the back of motorcycles around SR some years ago and I recall a foreman on a rubber plantation shooting some dude with an AK about 6 or 7 years ago. They may be security for the plantations; no uniforms.

Also, there's this thing called professionalism .
You are seriously using the word "Professionalism" in a discussion about Cambodia and/or Khmers.
You are either ...
a troll or
know nothing about Cambodia or
mentally deranged or
all of the above
whatever the result you have clearly demonstrated that no one should take anything you post seriously.
Note to self: Must be nice to morons.
