Cambodia - eight years - never.
I came, I argued, I'm out

The funny thing is, he probably won't even know he's on a break. He'll likely still continue tapping away on his keyboard, thinking he's providing incredibly useful insights to the discussions totally oblivious to the fact nothing is being posted.

If the diddler truly was seeking an adult, 18+, then surely the various save the lil kiddies NGOs could investigate rolling out true ID cards to all people under 18. I mean having to pay $150 and head into Phnom Penh for a decent official ID card can't help their efforts to stop trafficking.
Indonesia managed it.

Those questions aren't that odd at all.scobienz wrote:potty wrote:thats no rehabilitation place for drug addicts/pedophiles - "temptation" and fair games are thrown at everyones feet at every corner, really...
while lots of you are teachers... did you never experience "advances" from your pupils ?
how old were the youngest ?
what did you do / say ?
Holy fucking hell.
Being a Ski-teacher, you nearly automatically get attention of your pupils, from young to old. The youngest ones can easy be some 12-13 years old and for themselves not even aware of what is happening with them, emotionally. You are often working with their deepest fears, sometimes very emotionally under physical exhaustion. With that, you simply become their hero and they want to be "attached" to that.
Also being an employer, you automatically become the center of attention, when granting them a job opportunity and helping them out through their initial phase of uncertainty, etc. Especially, when you have a "listening ear", they easily can fall "in love" (or better "attached") with you.
Of course, it all depends on how you manage to handle these things, though the first few times you get confronted with that, you think for yourself to: "Holy Fck, what is happening here, how to manage this properly, without humiliating the involved person, and even given them a positive feeling about their own situation, without getting involved at the personal level".
People interested in quick sex, certainly can catch their opportunities here. Which explains the "myths" about Ski teachers, etc.
And no, I'm not good looking, there is absolutely no need for that, it's all about the emotional/attention side. And no, I've never been interested into these "opportunities".
You having to say that, kind of raises my suspicions. After all this is Cambodia, pedo central of the Western world.v12 wrote:And no, I've never been interested into these "opportunities".

University student in Thailand called me at 11:45 pm and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was trying to sleep. She told me to call her if I got lonely...I did the best thing and told the head of Department the next day.
I did tell the idiots that I didn't want my number handed out to my students, but Thais know best.
In Cambodia, never.

I actually married one of my students. She wasn't studying where I worked, but I was her tutor/mentor for a TEFL course she was doing. She wasn't a kid though, she was in her early 30s when we met...
