So true. Who here doesn't own 16 pigs, or have a friend, neighbour, family member who wouldn't happily accommodate such a trivial favorricecakes wrote:No it isn't.

Here's another thing that bothers me about William Glenn. We know two of his email addresses, from his expat blog posts looking for work. I searched the k440 accounts by email address and can't find a match.
He was an English teacher, in Cambodia, who spent a lot of time online, and used the Internet to look for teaching jobs. He also drank a lot, hated black people, and frequently antagonized people. WHY WASN'T HE ON KHMER440?

Maybe we should add a roving Google maps pin to his phone and call it 'The G Spot'.scobienz wrote:I love how gavinmac asks for - and gets given - directions using hostess bars as his originating point

Maybe it was just a bit too offensive for himgavinmac wrote:Here's another thing that bothers me about William Glenn. We know two of his email addresses, from his expat blog posts looking for work. I searched the k440 accounts by email address and can't find a match.

Top form, you come into your own on these cases.gavinmac wrote:Here's another thing that bothers me about William Glenn. We know two of his email addresses, from his expat blog posts looking for work. I searched the k440 accounts by email address and can't find a match.

I'm with the original guys on here who pointed out very early that the answer lies in Thailand. It seems to me the wife's comments are remarkably familiar in their helpfulness with several other cases of separated spouses who's husbands have been bumped off that I've followed over the years. US authority radar, ex-wife with a Nigerian link and a bit of drug apparatus. It's in there somewhere and hopefully the involvement of the US authorities will help produce a result.

This drugs angle is strange. Apart from the overt racism and relatively short temper he was a pretty average person. He was someone that drank but you would never associate him with yabba for example. I still don't buy the drugs mule theory. As for the ex-Thai wife I see no motive. She's Thai, she owns the majority of the business if not all of it and English teachers don't win court cases in Thailand. Not everyone has a Khmer hit man on speed dial in Bangkok.rl66 wrote:Top form, you come into your own on these cases.gavinmac wrote:Here's another thing that bothers me about William Glenn. I recognised the face immediately. He was staying at the Gday Mate Guest House in Sihanoukville for several months about 8 years ago, apparently teaching English there. Always well dressed, carried a laptop everywhere and did not drink or mingle with other guests, including me. Somewhat of a mystery man. As anyone who has stayed at the place knows, the owner has a very tolerant attitude to drugs and sexual activity-barring pedophilia-but he was never seen to be indulging in either.
I lived for 6 years near the bridge until moving back to the city centre 10 days ago. Had a couple of major hassles with my neighbours, the Cham Muslims. There are some very dangerous people in the area. Right beside the bridge is the infamous Svay Pak Vietnamese village-Km. 7. I never went there, but according to newspaper reports, it still operates. Hope this information is of some use.

Just found this. Long story but this is an email William sent to his Aunt in the US in June 2013 explaining his current situation. It was saved on the desktop on one of the shared computers and when I copied the folder I found this in it but didn't get around to deleting it. I guess the internet was down and work and he saved it to word.
It seems to shed a new light on his situation.

Hey,
I'm doing pretty good. School just started back up, so I'm busy as hell. I'm working 2 jobs, so I work 7 days a week. I don't know what's going on with Noi. I'm looking for my own condo to rent near my school so I don't have to commute so far. I guess me and her will be getting a divorce soon to make way for her new love she met on the internet. He's from Nigeria and yes he's a nagger. I don't care a bit. I can't wait to get away from her and her crazy f------- sister. They're both nothing but liars and thieves. I will never have a life or money for retirement if I stay with Noi. She's already illegally taken my name off of the chicken franchises contract. A business that I started and replaced my name with her sisters. I'm the one who found out how easy it was to start the franchises from a friend of mine. Noi didn't believe how much money that could be made, but in order for me to get a contract with the company I had to have her sign the contract with me and because I'm a foreigner I'm only allowed to own 49% of a business here. When she saw how much money was being made she went behind my back and changed the contract without even telling me! This happens a lot to foreign men here, but they just created some new laws to protect foreign men from this kind of shit and now she's scared I'm gonna have her ass and her sister locked up for what they did! That was supposed to be my retirement money and now she's f---------- me out of that. No problem though. I will start over with a new lady and because of the new laws this one won't be able to screw me out of my money.
