Extend the period lost property is kept to one year - more time for owners to claim it, less likely staff will 'put it by' for a year down the line. 2 weeks is way too short and I can see why lots of customers are quite rightly irate.ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote:Sure.gavinmac wrote:I love the store's policy that lost clothes go in the store's lost and found and, then after two weeks staff can claim it. Doesn't that give the staff an incentive to not give people back their clothes?
But what would be a suitable alternative. Burn all the lost property?
Long live the KT Laundry sucks thread!
One of the best decisions I made living in Cambodia was renting an apartment with a washing machine. Now, I would never go back to not having one, it's just much more convenient and efficient.
I could go on about the lack of customer services skills here (across the country, not just at KT), the apathetic attitude of the low IQ staff at KT, and the general idiocy of employing pre-teens to help run a small business, but my New Year's resolution is to stop complaining as much as I do.
Here's what I'd like to do though.

I noticed that KT Laundry is now called "CleanBlu Laundry." They have a very snazzy website.

Follow my lame Twitter feed: @gavin_mac
last month I found that my laundry shop throw all clothes together also from other customers.. well ok that is not even a problem but they also set their machines wrong I saw when collecting..
The machines are set to quick wash.. those are 30 minutes wash cycles.. after they dried and iron your clothes they spray them with flower smell!
simple clothes wash scams everywhere! I have seen this at multiple locations!
please next time you visit a laundry shop look at how they set their machines and report here!! you will see that often it is the wrong program selected!
