Hello everyone:

months ago, I rented my apartment to a couple, he was an american guy and she was a cambodian lady... they were living there for 6 months. After they left I found a piece of fabric under the matress with something written on, now I´m asking your help to get to know the meaning (translation) of that piece of fabric.. I have posted the image on my profile so, please contact me to my personal email if you want to help me....
[email protected]

PS. I don't need silly jokes, I want to know the exact translation. Thanks

Mariel

Mariel,

It's probably just a shopping list. 1 box of Anchor. A packet of Oreo's..etc.

Maybe send it to Julian Assange at Wikileaks?

If the fabric is red , and there are drawings as well as script then it's probably some kind of lucky charm perhaps to make a baby!

i'm embarrassed to admit that when I first read his comment, I thought he was saying the code to the safe... sigh. I really should read 50 shades of grey

So we send an email. the reply has he cloth as an attachment, we open it and behold it is a magic Spell, that empties our bank account, maybe ?

On a forum like this a greater number of people (%) will have multiple bank accounts with on-line access. Richer and potentially bigger pickings ?

Nothing but an opinionated tourist. The Pope spends more time in countries than I do ! It is also not my place to comment on a gentleman's dress. A real 23 minute wonder, that obviously knows little about ovens and cooking in Cambodia.

Impeccable English, so no problem there. If she is a native English speaker living here then already has great access to Khmer friends , if she owns property.
