PJ Prison v Prey Sar
I came across this report on T3 from the 1980's in the LoC. (Download pdf)

That's interesting. I guess the lesson here is that if you are a big time drug dealer, you should structure your criminal enterprise in such a way that you can still manage it from prison, and that you should put enough money away so that you can have a relatively comfortable life if you ever do get locked up for your crimes.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2015 3:02 pmPJ is like a country club compared to Prey Sar. I've visited friends in both.
The friend, who is in PJ now, was and is a big time drug dealer. He has a Facebook page and cell phone. When I was last there he came out in his prison uniform and we sat around the visiting area and drank soda and chatted. There are women housed near by and they can come in contact with the male inmates under certain circumstances.

Well, I'll admit I was getting a little tired of the useless banter from the other thread. But since you want to keep calling me out, I'll play.fapsara wrote: ↑Mon Jun 22, 2020 12:59 pmThat's interesting. Seems you have a serious fascination with my previous posts fapman. Now why is that? Could it be that it unnerves you that an African American guy from Chicago can come to SEA and be more successful and prosperous than an American barang like yourself? Your insinuation that the key to my apparent success here is drug related fits right into the game plan of a good old boy with an attitude from the antebellum south. I'm not surprised I've found a pink American boy who has some idea how to play the game. The only problem is "you's not in Kansas nomo Dorthey." You'r pink skin means even less to a black man over here and you best not forget that. Run up on the wrong one with your home grown bullshit and there will be no thin blue line to protect your sorry ass. But no...you're too smart for that. Besides, you're not going anywhere where that might happen to you. Step foot outside the Kingdom and you are fucked in no man's land. You can't get back into the Kingdom because you can't afford the entrance fee and nobody want your ignorant ass back in the states. How's wishing for that Nigerian passport working out for you?
You sat in your mothers basement a couple of years ago wondering where you could buy medication in the city once you arrived. Now you're here. Joined 440 and you think you're accepted as one of the fellas here on this forum. You'er so naive it's laughable. It's always the Americans who come over here thinking they're hot shit until reality sets in. I've seen barang like you come and go so many time I've lost count. Hundred of them. You got no juice here on this forum or in Cambodia. So tell us, now that the schools are closed, teacher, how's that medication supply holding up? I hope it's heart medication.
Here's a note: the white supremacist sign that you so cleverly try to display in your avatar is made with the index finger touching the thumb. Not the middle finger which is commonly use to say fuck you.
You are easy work.

Hello Mr ChicagoGato,
I have no serious fascination with your previous posts. Your post found me as it were as I looked at this thread when a new comment was posted by Steeeeeveeeeeeee yesterday. As I had no idea where or what PJ prison is, I read through the entire thread and came across your post. I felt that your friend's obvious business skills were such that they warranted comment.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amSeems you have a serious fascination with my previous posts fapman. My post doesn't even mention you, your success, or prosperity. I don't know why you think I'd be unnerved by it. If you've done well for yourself, more power to you.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amNow why is that? I did not mention your apparent success in that post, and thus I did not insinuate anything about you.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amYour insinuation that the key to my apparent success here is drug related fits right into the game plan of a good old boy with an attitude from the antebellum south.
I am not American. I've never even visited the USA.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amI'm not surprised I've found a pink American boy who has some idea how to play the game. I am not in the Kingdom. This makes it difficult for me to step out of it. Although I think it is vulgar to speak of one's wealth, I can certainly afford the $3K+ US reentry fee. However, I wouldn't pay it because it doesn't represent value for money.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amStep foot outside the Kingdom and you are fucked in no man's land. Yes, I do believe that on March 15 2020, I wrote "I just want to be able to enter Cambodia without any hassle. I wish I had a Nigerian passport.". This was my attempt at a joke.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amHow's wishing for that Nigerian passport working out for you?
If you are referring to my third post after joining this forum, in which I sought advice about trustworthy pharmacists, I would like to let you know that that was less than 10 months ago, not 2 years ago. My parents never had a basement, and I last spend a night under their roof in my late teens. Actually, where I am from, basements aren't common. It's too hot and the lack of Belgian migrants means that there is no demand for them.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amYou sat in your mothers basement a couple of years ago wondering where you could buy medication in the city once you arrived.
As I said, I am not from America. You may be confusing me for someone else. It might be someone from Illinois.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amIt's always the Americans who come over here thinking they're hot shit until reality sets in.
As I am neither living in Cambodia nor am I an employed, underemployed or unemployed teacher, the closure of schools in Cambodia affects me about as much as a butterfly jacking off in the Amazon. If you must know, I have no difficulty procuring the medication I need.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amSo tell us, now that the schools are closed, teacher, how's that medication supply holding up?
I had no idea that there was any similarity between my avatar and a white supremacist sign. I chose this avatar of an apsara dancer's arm because the last 6 letters of my user name spell 'apsara'. It seems to me that you see symbols of white supremacy and Nazism when they aren't really there. Should I ever meet you in person, I'll remember not to high-5 you.Chicagogato wrote: ↑Tue Jun 23, 2020 7:11 amHere's a note: the white supremacist sign that you so cleverly try to display in your avatar is made with the index finger touching the thumb. Ouch - that was as brutal a takedown on here as I’ve seen in a long time.
I like the Chicago Cat’s style, but projecting all that stuff on fapsara unnecessarily was a schoolboy error.

No Playboy. Not Mexican. And you are correct. Gato in Spanish means cat. Which makes me a Chicago Cat. My handle comes from "Jive Talk", or slang of jazz, and parlance of hip. It was an African-American Vernacular English slang that developed in Harlem, where "jive" (jazz) was played and was adopted more widely in African-American society, peaking in the 1940s.
I thought my avatar, "Satchmo" gave it away.

I call bullshit. I may have or may not have missed your nationality but you'r intention was clear and so was mine. The other chap already accused me of being a meth user and your bit was just a follow up of that. You knew exactly what you were doing so drop the innocent act.
