It's really not hot at all. It's the lack of humidity for sure. Northern Australia is much, much hotter than this. I find this weather to be pretty cool.

Ken seems confused about the heat. The current low humidity makes it feel cooler, not hotter than it really is. I have been in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt when it was 54 in the shade and Mt. Isa when it was 46. In both cases, the low humidity made it feel quite pleasant out of the sun.
Most of Northern Australia is not as hot as here. I've lived in Mt. Isa and Townsville and visited Cairns and Darwin on many occasions. Darwin is the only population centre that compares with Phnom Penh for heat. In the winter months, temperatures fall as low as 10 in Cairns, 5 in Townsville and 0 in Mt. Isa. The lowest recorded temperature in Phnom Penh was 15.

I remember in Airline beach it was proper humid but then we just stayed at the pool and drank beer.
