You haven't been watching the news have you? Cambodia's in the middle of a drought, Otres has already been cut off and the rest of SHV will follow pretty soon unless it rains asap.

Just to repeat myself, now is the time to make sure the roof top water tank, connecting pipes and valves are all clean and functioning. And put aside a little money to buy water from the water truck.

Was yours out ? Mine's back at 50% pressure I'd say. ps: security guy says there will be no water for 2 days & he hooked up the roof tank. My Khmer isn't good enough to figure out if he said this is localized or city wide.

Me? Im in PP. Pressure is low, but no stoppage in a couple of weeks. They'll probably be able to keep it going here. But the provinces, maybe not.

Independence lake is a mudflat. Kbal Chhay still has water in various reservoirs, but the reservoir closest to the main pumping station is quite low. It's rained at KC a couple of times this week that I know of, but not enough to make much difference to the water levels.
Very low pressure at V-hill today (being elevated), but that might improve later tonight when the rest of the town stops using water and/or filling their tanks.

Also, they're currently working on a major mains pipe running down Rte 4 towards the Railway station

I'm told some parts of town have the water turned off until midnight while the work is progressing.
