No English or Khmer speakers in France. No email or phones in Spain. What's this world coming to?

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

How does she know they don't care if she doesn't speak any French? How did she communicate with them? If there was evidence of an abusive marriage, I find it hard to believe that no French person would care or involve the authorities.

Chea, any mediator will need to speak to both parties. Many wives are also abusive (in different ways, eg provocation). Just labelling her husband as abusive won't help.

If husband is physically abusing her, she needs to visit her nearest police station (as Horace said) who will talk with her husband and may find her alternative accommodation.

Joon can probably find a telephone or online help service. Speak with Joon.

Can anybody help a distressed cambodian woman in France? She has relationship problem and want to go back Cambodia. She don't speak french can't go anywhere. She need help to get documents and to travel. She speak English and Kmer.

If you can help, it's a free flight to Paris and back from Cambodia or Thailand.

I'm currently exchanging emails with Chea and requesting a number of information so I can get Cambodian support associations in France to be on the case.

This might explain Logos' response....

Recently a friend and neighbour was in trouble and asked me to send money. Knowing he is in Thailand I took notice of the email and asked for some details.

But it was some nagger in Philippines who had hacked his mailbox.

PS: No money was sent.

You shouldn't have used a capital 'n'.
