Orichá: People in Kampot do not like you because of your continuous pedophile jokes. Even those who gave you a second and even a third chance stopped talking to you long ago for the same reason, like myself, how funny to say I am so happy that my students are in between 14 and 15 and they are all so beautiful. You are naming people from Kampot and insulting them, people you do not even know. I opened an account here just to reply to what you wrote about these deaths. Mate, time to see a professional because you really have a mental problem. I guess that people in Sihanoukville do not like you either. I guess not many people likes you and that post of you was the final drop. You are sick and I would like you to have the bollocks to post the same in the noticeboard.

Well, whether or not you think I uncovered something real or imaginary... I can tell you that it is common knowledge around Kampot, especially among the Khmers and police and expats in the know... However, there is a lot of denial, fear and finger-pointing... I am not going to talk about this anymore because I am afraid of people who will use my knowledge against me in an effort to protect themselves, rather like the character Napoleon in the novel Animal Farm -- there are Napoleons in Kampot, believe you me, and they will do anything they can to misdirect and disinform about the real situation there. Some of the end-users may well have been farang... I did once glimpse the victim's cell phone, since she was the charge of her aunt, a neighor... There were foreign names in that cellphone, but many more names were local men and women... So this is goodbye. I really don't want to die. This behavior has gone on for years and years and years, and everybody knows and nothing will be done because it is primarily locals doing this, not so many foreigners as you might dream up... I am signing off... People in Kampot are really really hare-brained and paranoid, and will make up all kinds of shit stories to cover-up, pretend nothing is going on, etc, etc... But I lived there, among the pros and victims... So I know, I know enough to say... You can't do nothing about it, guys... All the so-called NGOs are just so much goddamn bullshit window-dressing. Sometimes they nab an idiot farang. But these peds are LOCAL KHMERS for the most part, and that is what you DON'T understand... To their community, it ain't no serious allegations, it is just a part of everyday life... Okay? The police are absolutely 100 percent complicit, so forget about being a hero and shut up, just like I am about to do... As a matter of fact, I am about to deregister and disappear, if I can ask for that... I don't like feeling uneasy or fearful -- because of insane people whom I DO NOT KNOW... So long...

Dunno. I haven't been able to use the site properly for days, since my first ever banning, courtesy of the admin from Belgium, a country whose fame for football brilliance is only outshone by that for rape dungeons. A fame far exceeding Kampot's.
Imagine if the twain should ever be united though, in a sexual ballet choreographed by the devil himself.
So it's all a wind up, right?

Wind up, or wound up ?
The chap seems rather, errr, agitated. That can happen to some folk, *even* in the provinces. (Water bottle, coupla straws, foil, lighter, spare tinfoil to make a hat.)
Looking at his previous posts - all pretty wacko from the start. But at the start he kind-of explained the 'mafia' in Kampot he speaks of. Hint: it sounds much more like cultural and societal norms in Cambodia than what would more usually be understood by the word 'mafia'. (But since all others refuse to see or acknowledge this mafia all around them, they are deluded and there's a cover-up and conspiracy etc etc. The police and even the NGOs won't do anything about it.)

Sex-junkets? Anyone got a ball-park figure for these? Just asking for a friend, I can't afford anything like that for at least a few months.

Not strange when the Kampot-expat community wants to get rid of you.

A note about the Facebook Kampot Noticeboard.
Apparently...
...even though I am a regular visitor to Kampot, occasionally work there, have land there, consider it one of my two favorite towns in Cambodia, have been going there longer than any of the Kampot Noticeboard admins have been in Cambodia, frequent all of their businesses, have never uttered an ill word about the place except on 440 (and only in relation to crimes there,) post glowing comments about Kampot and their businesses on social media every time I am there, and half of my FB friends are members of that noticeboard (none of whom live in Kampot,)...
...I am not allowed to join the Kampot Noticeboard, presumably because I dared to post on 440 my concerns about the drug problem there, and about the handling of possible cases of date rape.
What's up with that?

I don't get this at all. I'm not sure what the issue with repatriating bodies is. Has it got a religious aspect? I know that Hindus do their best to get their relation's cadavers to the banks of the Ganja for cremation as soon as possible. Muslims just try and get the grave pointed in the right direction. The Chinese bury their dead in a nicely decorated mound, then they come back a few years later and smash it all. Some Christian sects forbid cremation, and only allow burial. I don't see the sense in this. Buddhists just burn the corpse.
What exactly is the point in transporting a body 10,000 km across the world, especially when it is going to cost you $50,000? I've been in hundreds of graveyards, and I've seen how these tombs gradually decay, and after a few generations nobody cares anymore and they crumble.
Go for a cremation and move on. Life is fragile and we all care, but there are more important issues to deal with. Living issues.

I love grave yards, fantastic places to photograph and love reading the inscriptions on the tombs ( especially those that bury their pets)
the Tibetans have the right idea, cut it up and feed the vultures. ( same with the Parsis in India without the cutting part)
Once ur dead the life force, soul, call it what you will has left, nothing left.
