Is this true? Can a person be found guilty of a crime, be sentenced to prison and still be free until appeal?
Incidentally, judging on a few things happening, such as the road block fiasco yesterday, and the chances HE won't risk another one this Friday. It seems that HE has pissed someone off badly enough that they are getting involved in the dirty corrupt little country again after all, and advising the CNRP on some decent tactics for a change.
