I don't think it's booze related. Chemicals? Here every agricultural product has the instructions on another language, that's if the farmers cared or knew any better anyway. Then there's the possibly apocryphal (?) further spraying in the market.

IF it is Hep related, three simple injections can afford some degree of protection but not total protection. If you are concerned it might be worth making sure you have had yours
