The wedding music is unbearable, last night I was pleasantly surprised as they mixed in some Indian.

I keep getting invited this year. Nonstop fucking weddings.

something to consider here too is how the sound travels with different roads, houses and so on, proximity of housing, plus lack of double glazing or having windows and doors open where you might not have had them in your home country.

Yes, its a density issue. 1 drum vs 10 drums. which is louder?

They don't hear the noise, just like they don't see the garbage. Theres no order on the ground or in the airwaves.

The problem with the world is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I think it’s a fairly valid point. In the real world they normally have plans and shit, so if you buy a plot of land in a residential neighbourhood you don’t end up with a steelworks to the left of you and a KTV to the right. But this is a make-believe country, and there are no plans. So if your neighbour has some obnoxious animal that wants to chew your toddler’s face off and barks at 150 decibels 24/7, regrettably you can’t just shoot the cunting thing dead without some careful reflection. So it goes.

I always wanted to try a direct approach and speak to the offender directly. Have not had the balls for it. Wonder if that ever works out here. Probably not.

It's an Asian thing. Tonal languages need to be spoken louder.

However in my experience there's nothing louder than an American or an Aussie with a few beers inside them.

Three pot screamers to a man. I've supped more paint. :!:
