Is that about it?

Pretty much, yup, plus songtansally is still smarting from his $20 fan fiasco and his love for Jesus hasn't abated his anger and resentment.

Oh, same guy? I can never keep up with the user names of all the morons on this forum, and there seems to be a flood of late.

OP do you have kids?
I have three in university. They were taught at a young age to be well behaved. That's what I taught them and that's what they are.
Typically here infants here are indulged and get away with blue murder until they reach a certain age when the law is laid down.

I find Cambodian kids to be much more docile and respectful in group settings than western kids.
Infants/toddlers excepted.

Cambodian adults now... that's a different story.
For the most part true. I think it's an unfortunate but natural tendency to want to spoil hour kids after having such a difficult youth oneself. So, they allow them a bit more freedom than they had themselves, IMHO.

The biggest crime as an adult is yelling. you can be a drunk, druggie, dealer, whatever, but if you're loud with your voice, THAT'S a real crime here.

(I'm not talking about loud music during weddings and funerals - that music is to attract good spirits during weddings and keep away "bad spirits" during funerals.)

Loud yelling by adults is a crime here.

OK mate. Put a level of complexity on this:

I think you have an ego the size of a fifty shilling piss pot.

So right there we have philosophy, psychology, sociology, economics, mathematics, history, numismatics, ceramics and sanitation.

Can you do that in fourteen words?

May I introduce myself. The name is Greg pilon. The topic of discussion today is Men doing things with other men, hanging out, shooting the bull, exchanging some grunts and groans, conveying the frustrations of the day without mentioning them, smelling some manly musk and not being bothered by it, sipping some flat warm beers and pretending not to be bothered by it. Men hanging out and doing things with other men, in places that are appropriate and traditionally for men. Men departing abruptly comfortably. Men beginning conversations with small body maneuvers like boots on a bar stool or a glass just a tiny bit closer then a man would typically put it.

Do you get it man?

No.

And you know that. British shilling. Now known as 5p, but in the context of the saying, more like a weeks wage when the saying was coined. Pun intended.

Pretty much what I expected to be honest.

Shallow. Like not knowing that Asian languages need to be spoken loudly. Or why.
