Aussie Peter Miller busted after Paddy Rice punchup

An Australian citizen, Peter Richard Miller was arrested a night or two ago after drunkenly assaulting a couple of staff members at Paddy Rice on the Riverside. He's been charged with assault and destroying property.

He lives in Street 312.

Seems a decent chap.

I recall he had a long running feud with top Kampot lawyer Peter David. So he can't be all bad.

According to the other website's translation he "destroyed lights, fan and plastic chair inside the police station and strangled a police officer as well as punched another in the face."
