I've seen this passport posted recently on SR Expat page I think - sure it was because said guy had left his bag in a bar with laptop, passport etc so the bar posted the passport photo to track down bag owner. The post was then deleted.

They offer both 5 and 10 year passports. The 5 year one is only 40$ cheaper than the 10 year if issued in Canada. But for whatever reason there seems to be a price difference of 70$ if issued overseas for the 10 year. Weird.
