Phnom penh post access

Anybody having trouble with ppp site today? screen says my ip is blocked (from mobile, which I hardly use to look at it).

I wouldn’t worry too much; at the rate they’re posting CPP/HE articles & criticisms, they’ll go the same way as the CD.

They have been having intermittent issues with cloudflare for months I think.

Looked at their site just over an hour ago from their notification to my email on my Windows 7 laptop. No problem.
