The General may be a lot of things but little isn’t one of them.crazyjohn wrote:The General cops it from the dicks on 440. I noticed a couple of years ago that 440 was getting really boring. That’s about the time I got banned for life! The General has been a good mate for many years. He is a very likeable little chap. And nowadays CEO is doing really well.

I've never known a decent person that felt the need to remind everyone how nice they are.
I’ll admit. I’ve been drinking with Simon, and the other lot. So sorry if I seem a little off kilter.
I just read some rant and whilst reading I was thing “Wow, Migs has totally lost the plot.” Then I gathered my thought and realised it was supposedly that guy from TOF.
WT and indeed the F!
I thought “they” didn’t care about 440?
I’m going to have to evaluate my life now. Once, whilst high on meth, I imagined a moderator from TOF was my father (no jokes about underlings lightsabers, please) but it turned out he was just a Jaffa who produced bees.
Disasters averted.

Haha, khmer440, there are a lot of losers here ..... not that anyone on khmer440 is interested in anything grounded in TRUTH..... There is a reason that CEO has been completely massacring khmer440 by any sort of metrics, the truth is I'm an ok guy, LoL.... the garbage that khmer440 has been know for has brought this forum down to almost nonexistent in the eyes of most, but not surprising, given someone like me gets so much undeserved grief every time I wipe my arse.
Well done on alienating those who have been active on both sites.

Why the fuck would you suppress a story if the protagonist mentioned in a news article is a semi-regular poster? Have you done that before? It sounds Peter Hogan-esque. Don’t do that.General Mackevili wrote:

One of the reasons I avoided the forums for a while was because I didn't want to be associated with them if I did get in a moto accident drunk or something stupid. But all I have to do is be a regular on CEO and then I receive a blank pass? Interesting...gavinmac wrote:Why the fuck would you suppress a story if the protagonist mentioned in a news article is a semi-regular poster? Have you done that before? It sounds Peter Hogan-esque. because the news report will use the posters real name and nationality, essentially outing the poster if people put 2 and 2 together, i think is the general consensus of not publishing stories that are about regular postersgavinmac wrote:Why the fuck would you suppress a story if the protagonist mentioned in a news article is a semi-regular poster? Sounds a bit like an old boys club. We’ll allow gossip and innuendo about any expat as long as it isn’t one of the cool gang.Jamie_Lambo wrote:because the news report will use the posters real name and nationality, essentially outing the poster if people put 2 and 2 together, i think is the general consensus of not publishing stories that are about regular postersgavinmac wrote:Why the fuck would you suppress a story if the protagonist mentioned in a news article is a semi-regular poster? What happens though if a story breaks about an expat, and a few hours later a regular poster (whose ID irl was previously unknown) messages to say that it is him/her is the thread removed/censored?
Would CEO allow K440 to have the scoop on that story and risk their reputation as the top news site in SE Asia?

That’s what I thought. His PM to me was all about how he is really a nice guy IRL. Then he posts all this petty and vindictive crap.Lucky Lucan wrote:Haha, khmer440, there are a lot of losers here ..... not that anyone on khmer440 is interested in anything grounded in TRUTH..... Jesus, how many guys has Gonk been PMing? A lot of people have been telling me they've gotten these long messages from him. They seem to go like this:ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote:That’s what I thought. "I'm a nice guy, really"
"I like your posting style, we could really benefit from it over on our site"
"If you post on our site, I got your back and will censor any news that comes out about you. If you cross me, I'll publish your personal details."
(OK, two out of the three are accurate... to my knowledge.)
How many times have you done this?Jamie_Lambo wrote:because the news report will use the posters real name and nationality, essentially outing the poster if people put 2 and 2 together, i think is the general consensus of not publishing stories that are about regular postersgavinmac wrote:Why the fuck would you suppress a story if the protagonist mentioned in a news article is a semi-regular poster?
