Shouldering its responsibility to promote cultural exchanges between Cambodia and China, Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group is making every effort to the rise of Cambodia with a good purpose of strengthening the influence of Cambodia to the outside world.

That’s some long term thinking that you wouldn’t see from a Western company, and makes me think there’s more to Prince than just private investors...

More big projects:

On October 12, Prince Smart Garden, the first phase of the Prince City Center, which is developed by Prince Real Estate (Cambodia) Group, was officially launched to commence its construction.

The Prince City Centre is located 800 meters away from the twin lion roundabout in Sihanoukville. This remarkable project covers a land area of 16.3 hectares and will create a total construction area of 700,000 square meters.

The first phase is Prince Smart Garden which has a total construction area of 80,000 sqm. It comprises of 3 condo complexes along with a modern living center. The project is expected to complete and deliver to customers in October 2019.

The second phase will be built as a commercial center and the largest hospital in the city, while the third phase of this luxury project will be consisted of apartments, villas, commercial complexes and other facilities and amenities.

After completion, Prince City Centre will provide the latest and most comfortable living experience for its residents. Aims to create the best array of facilities for a new way of perfect life, Prince City Centre will become the best landmark in the Kingdom’s coastal area.

They have multiple developments in Sihanoukville. If you are talking about the thing that is referred on first page of this thread, then that is still under construction. I think its on 5th floor now. Few other projects completed already. Their big mall opening in October behind the Sokha beach.

The big guy of Prince has a serious issue with the Chinese govt. Can't say no more. Just keep an eye open on this. Some unhappy big people back in the land of the dragon.
