I was thinking a bit more about this. If someone were capable of murdering someone and chopping them up and lacing sweets with glass for children to eat, why wouldn't they also be capable of heavily drugging their own kids?

It’s a bit confusing what’s gone on this week. As I understand it it’s something like this:

1) rob joked about being hospitalised when walter’s thugs attacked him.

2) the joke becomes half serious when Walter actually gets some thugs onto Walter out of annoyance for the joke.

3) somehow the thugs turn on Walter instead and take him for cash and laptops.

Have I got this right? It’s all very odd.
