This blackwolf dude sounds just like a typical fat yank.
I bet last time he went into a casino he asked for ten thousand dollar’s worth of chips, but had eaten them all before he got to the tables.
Are barang and other non-Chinese foreigners persona non-grata in Chinanoukville (Sihanoukville)?

Slight exaggeration. It wasn’t “crushed” only damaged and the owners are seeking compensation.offroadscholar wrote: ↑Sun Jul 07, 2019 7:25 amChinese outbid westerners for accommodation due to their willingness to fill rooms with bunk beds and sleep several to a room. USD1500/mth for a 3 bdm house isnt so expensive on a per person basis if there's 10 people living there.black69wolf69 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 02, 2019 2:47 pmI wanted to know what other people think or what their experiences have been yet apart from the first couple of good responses, I get a politically correct Russian and then you.
All you do all day is crawl on this forum. Maybe it's time for you to lay off the booze, get a job or perhaps go back to your country? Seems like you lead a pretty pathetic and lonely life.
Leaving SHV wasnt a monetary decision for me. The town had simply become dysfunctional. Gridlock, broken roads, trash everywhere, power/water cuts, dust, and flooding in the wet season.
One of the last decent restaurants for barang and khmers (Ku Kai) just got crushed in that recent building collapse that killed 28 workers.
Cant comment about access to Casinos, never been to one.
