I remember watching that doofus online, sporting a traditional Cambodian wedding
outfit while eating bananas on the Facebook, it was toe crumbling..
and I was immediately thinking that he wouldn't last long here. He was a creepy sort
of overposter on here for a while too, before going for the great backstabber course of action,
, so the ADHD diagnose probably fits him well.
good thing he got out of here in time, or someone would have probably caused him
direct physical harm.
But I don't mind that second forum these days, again, the more posters and reactions,
the merrier, and with the likes of certain cunts hanging around here, wgaf

Don't most white guys who getting married in Cambodia wear the MC Hammer pants? Why is that strange? Or is eating bananas strange to you? You're surrounded by fruit at Cambodian weddings.
Why in the world would anyone have caused him harm? For posting too often for your liking? Has anyone in the history of Cambodia expat circles ever been given a good beating for what he posted online? I know I haven't, and I surely deserved it as much as anyone.newnewnewbie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:05 amgood thing he got out of here in time, or someone would have probably caused him

Sorry, just being ironic,.. it's satire,
But no, I would never go through a traditional Cambodian marriage,
it also makes it much harder to export your family to the homeland,
should you decide that, later on. K-visa etc. and all that.

Americans who marry in Cambodia can then export their wives to the USA on a spouse visa, which ahs many advantages over a K-1 visa, like the wife gets an immediate green card on arrival.newnewnewbie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:17 amSorry, just being ironic,.. it's satire,

I'd have stuffed the envelope fat style to see Gavin cringing and pale in his MC Hammer kit.

Ah, I understand,
It was a while since my last research, but I recall something about
spousal visas being more complicated and tedious to process.
But that was a while ago.
But no, I would never ever get into that outfit, and post it online for
everyone to watch.
And if then left her to do a runner, after all that,
minus points galore imho

Why? She might have been an awful cunt.newnewnewbie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:44 amAnd if then left her to do a runner, after all that,

As I understand it it she was part of new kid on the block's virgins seeking the morning after pill coterie.
On USA side spousal visa is the obvious choice, K-1 previously had the advantage of being much faster. Nowadays it’s only slightly faster where it’s not worth it.gavinmac wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:25 amAmericans who marry in Cambodia can then export their wives to the USA on a spouse visa, which ahs many advantages over a K-1 visa, like the wife gets an immediate green card on arrival.newnewnewbie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:17 amSorry, just being ironic,.. it's satire,

One negative of spousal visa besides being a few months slower is that you need to deal with the marriage in Cambodia. No idea how annoying that part of it is, I went the K-1 route.

I hear the K-1 is getting faster again. I have a friend who just got a K-1 visa for his 6 foot tall Gambian fiancee in less than 7 months.GMJS-440 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 9:57 amOn USA side spousal visa is the obvious choice, K-1 previously had the advantage of being much faster. But the US Embassy in Cambodia is pretty slow at scheduling interviews, I think there's a two month wait, so I'd say anyone in Cambodia who wants a K-1 visa is still looking at an 8-9 month wait.

It is all appropriately off topic.
I believe it began with the insufferable logos finding he was unwelcome in one more place.

Maybe so, just pondering out of sheer boredom. Never met the guy myself.RobW wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 9:01 amWhy? She might have been an awful cunt.newnewnewbie wrote: ↑Fri Jan 10, 2020 8:44 amAnd if then left her to do a runner, after all that,

No, my last new country visited was Yemen in late 2018. I'm still at 192/193. I made it to no new countries in 2019, just Niue, the Cook Islands, and Bougainville.
I applied for a tourist visa to visit Syria through 3 or 4 different agents there and got rejected each time. I'll try again in another month or two, I understand that some Americans have been able to get tourist visas lately.
