They're losing the plot on TOF
How is the decision making process stalled? It’s not stalled from a share perspective. Unless things have changed behind the scenes Migs has 60%, you have 30% and PB has the rest. It was structured that way so that there would be no blockage.
The problem is the majority shareholder who has all the power to make decisions doesn’t appear to want to make them.
I don’t see how Migs selling a portion would change things. He would need to sell his whole holding. Even selling 50 percent won’t help: no one has a majority so little could be done without complete consensus.
And worse, if he sells half his holding you would have three shareholders on 30 each. Again, stalemate.

Why stalemate? If decisions are taken by a simple majority vote 50% plus 1 share is enough to get things moving. Plus it'd require 2 persons to make decisions which is healthier than just one.Dallow Spicer wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 1:47 amHow is the decision making process stalled? Why doesn't Logos sell his 30% to Alexandra?

Why would Alexandra want 30% of a dying site she has no control over?

Reminds me of when Riverhouse was selling 5% shares, or when Ramon the nudist massage boy was taking $5k loans. Last thing anybody wants is the Micropenis' 30%

Assuming that ownership hasn’t changed behind the scenes since the sale by Dallow Spicer:
Scenario 1: Everybody cuts their share in half and Playboy keeps an extra 1% to prevent dictatorship:
Playboy: 6%
Micropenis: 15%
Miguelito: 30%
Alexandra: 49%
Scenario 2: Micropenis sells and Migs gives up majority:
Playboy: 10%
Miguelito: 45%
Alexandra: 45%
It’s hard to make suggestions without knowing everybody’s intention.

I'll trade my stake against an equivalent one in Riverhouse if Playboy trades his for 2 5k interest bearing loans from Ramon.

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
I'd think once Alexandra has the login codes she de facto controls it.

There is nothing to sell.
Surely everyone has made a poor investment in the past. Your wee bag of scratch is gone so do the decent thing and hand it over if there is someone who wants to keep alive a 2 decade searchable database of English language lunacy in Cambodia.

Seems like we’re in agreement. Scobienz have a lawyer staff member of yours draw up the papers

Can you lot stop behaving like spoilt little kids.
Fucking like button.
Face it - you lost the popularity contest. Why? Because if given everything you ever wanted, you'd just spoil it with your bickering and nastiness.
You should all be put in separate cages and given a mirror to peck at. Then at least a mod would be able to cover you up and stop all your incessant chirping.
