Travel Ban within Cambodia
Is Cambodia tracking it's cases?
How many do they have?
Where did they originate? If they are internal cases have they tracked peoples movement and contacts from each Case?
If it gets into the community proper it will be a nightmare.
I'm guessing the country has...what...one ventilator?
Stay indoors and avoid those loogie hoiking dops like the plague.

Rated R for Ricecakes
Could be tricky but can try.

Kandal and PP have now been joined 'as one' after complaints.
That does open up an awful lot of escape routes.

15 minutes ago, the ban on travel was changed to restrict province to province travel, but not district to discrict travel. Special exceptions are available for travel to and from PP.
Not sure what the point of it is now.

To prevent the crammed and chaotic annual mass exodus of factory workers from Phnom Penh to every far flung corner of the country by the cheapest means of transport possible.
It would be inviting a super spreading event, or even multiple events.
Cambodia seems to currently be doing a very good job of contact tracing, but I doubt they are capable of scaling that effort to any great degree, so it's important to keep the active chains of transmission to as few as possible.
We are not in 'lockdown'.
I will be going out for a ride around the city after lunch, probably followed by one or two restoratives as is my custom.

Why are some of those people not wearing masks? They must have charms or tattoos or something.
Up the workers!
Even the boss seems to have a pretty distorted impression of 1.5m ......

I try and avoid all locals and give them at least 5 meters if I can help it. I'm pretty sure that's where I'll catch it from. I took the elevator yesterday because I had a load of shopping. Bad idea.

Does seem like it's in danger of kicking off in Kandal on the Neak Loeung Bridge.
