People who are into gun culture understand that you don't pull out a gun unless you intend to shoot someone. This person has no idea about gun culture, he's just a silly twat who thought teaching English to some military guys meant he could get away with threatening people with guns.

My brother in law, a tuk-tuk driver, told me once that Brits are the main tourist that like to go out to the shooting range, followed by Aussies. For Brits, you it has to be the lack of access we have to guns - even our police rarely carry them.
