Buying drugs online in Cambodia, is it really Anonymous?
Now instead of buying decent quality weed people can go back to buying bags of $10 ditch weed from the happy pizza joints instead.
Great job guys!

The website is still online.Bong Burgundy wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 12:49 pmAn hour after publishing the article Beeeshop administrators shut down their Telegram groups and their website.
Anyhow, nice little story for the morning. They definitely aren't the first service of this type in Cambodia, though.
Not by a long shot.

Still online. Ripoff prices, whoah! You can still get a 5 or 10 gram of superfine Cambo sensimellia on the street corner for 10 or 20 bucks. East European nazi trash with nowhere to go. What a bunch of morons. Even the corrupt, ignorant local pigs here are probably just smart enough to catch up with them...
(Another waste of fine ballerinas and high-end sluts on morons, ruffians, yoga hosers, fake hippies and greedy grifters...)

I think Alexandra should spice things up by dropping big hints as to identity of some of the key players and biggest customers.
Just for the sheer hell of it.

From the article it seemed like this group whilst selling types of cannabis more associated with Amsterdams cafe, was also more about selling some of the harder drugs - amphetamine, mdma and cocaine. Good to clean up the druggy element of the expat community. They should stay home if they want the hard stuff, it will give the mortuary here a rest!Raven wrote: ↑Tue May 19, 2020 2:35 pmNow instead of buying decent quality weed people can go back to buying bags of $10 ditch weed from the happy pizza joints instead.

tor is fucked now.
the fbi have their tentacles so deep in tor its no longer trusted by any wrongdoer.
its going the same way as blackberry.
you hook up on a blackberry and youve got that many law enforcers doing mitm attacks you be better off using homing pigeons.

Tor is secure if you're a user less so if you're hosting sites. But again opsec depends on what you're trying to do. If you're a bin laden style figure with the US intelligence agency hunting you then you'd want to avoid all electronic comms if you're a drug dealer in a 3rd world country you probably don't need to worry that much.draculasclone wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 3:07 pmtor is fucked now.

As for Blackberry they were screwed by the protocol text messages and phone calls aren't encrypted on 2g, a degradation attack can be used in order to jam 3g and 4g (and LTE - 5g for that matter) and mobiles will automatically use the best available protocol. So all an attacker needs to do is spoof a cell tower ($20 worth of kit and a raspberry pi). The police use them the're branded as 'stingray'.
Now personally I think Khmer 440 is brave for doxing drug dealers, in a country where life is so cheap the last thing I'd do is putting a target on my back. But who knows this may change the drug market in Phnom Penh and this article may well just be more publicity for them. Doubt it will change all the black Africans standing outside Pontoon though.
I could see Cambodian police officers taking jobs as drug hiders then waiting and extorting the people who go to pick up the drugs.

This story and the one about the entry ban being lifted have really helped 440. Take a look at the online numbers: 4500 or more totally smashes the previous record. Good work fellas.

The article would have been far more interesting if the gear had actually been purchased and sampled, purely for research purposes obviously.

Awesome bit of investigating, good read too.
Was thinking the same thing, everybody here is very public and it's not hard to find where most are residing, are people not worried about quite literally snitching on drug dealers?Go Programmer wrote: ↑Wed May 20, 2020 4:54 pm'.

If anything this is useful feedback for them. I see they have increased opsec on their telegram now.
I don’t agree that this piece has snitched on anybody. Reporting has of course brought it to light, but it was all in public because that’s where they put it. Not because we pointed it out.
Personal information was left out on purpose. A LEO investigation would not be so kind.
Khmer440 has a history of being held hostage in bars by angry bad guys, and having angry bad guys turn up armed with baseball looking for forum owners.
I am not overly concerned by threats from drug enthusiasts but of course we are receiving some. I strongly doubt that this publication has upset anybody so much that it would be necessary to be afraid.
If you think this article contained sensitive and incriminating information you should see the stuff that was excluded.

The last time 440 fucked off someone from that part of the world, it was knocked offline for a few days.
