Give in on the normal day to day things to do, it'll overload your body and prevent the sleeping, deteriorating the whole.
Paracetamol can help somewhat with the sleeping. As well as drinking 1-1.5 liter water at night.
The body recovery (and sleeping) can be supported with Naltrexone (available from Farmacy de la Gare).
You'll need roughly a 2 mg amount, however the farmacy only sells 25 or 50 mg tablets.
And they will look at you with big eyes, since this is stuff usually given in 25/50 mg prescription to drugs addicts, though over the counter to get.
None of the above gives a treatment against the original problem, so you will still need to go to a hospital, or consider dr. Gavin Scott, #88, Street 108.
