Notorious troll batshitcrazyweirdo arrested in Phnom Penh (STEPHEN GREATSINGER)
If he is too difficult to deport they can keep him in prison in Cambodia. Is that what he wants? To live like an animal in Prey Sar.
Oh please... you're clearly a nuts as him. They should send you back to whatever Clarke Bay humphump bar you crawled from.Caffe latte wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2020 12:25 am@ Alexandria , I know what was going on. I did not say he did not do it. But take also into account why he dd it? Like I said frustration and depression for ignoring his complaints. even how many times you guys will slapped this to his face , its done. But weigh things embassy lied too. They had PIA signed August 18 but ignored us and even the media and then admitted by saying o sorry i thought he never signed the waiver. Lawyer? It was embassy staff who said fuck off... so lawyer brought me to the human rights office. And they never replied to any inquiry .
If you were married you would be able to discuss more with the embassy. Should have married during the 16 years

Sixteen years together and you never considered getting married? Now, I'm not saying marriage is for everyone but, as two foreigners living in a foreign country and possibly moving to others, why on earth did you never do this? Life is much easier that way in terms of getting visas and help from the embassy etc.caffe latte wrote: ↑Fri Oct 30, 2020 11:43 pm@ RobW ... Rob, I am the gf for 16 years that been denied and disrespected by US embassy that I can not access because I wasnt married to him. I am also the one that been patiently doing everything and no complaint sending food everyday rain or shine to just see him alive. I saw you guys got anger and I cant take it.. So I came here to apologize in his behalf. I know the anger was never meant for anyone ... sorry.

Probably because Filipina's get married and have children at a young age,. Divorce is illegal and annulments are difficult and expensive. That's my guess anyway.erictheking wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2020 12:42 amSixteen years together and you never considered getting married? Aside from the question of whether BSCW deserves to be locked up, caffe latte reaises some interesting points.
Why has he been kept in immigration detention for 85 days? If the Cambodians have a legal basis to throw him out of the country, why haven't they done that? If they have a basis to charge him with a crime in Cambodia, why haven't they done that? If the USA has a basis to informally "extradite" him to face charges in the USA, why hasn't it done that?
Holding someone indefinitely in a squalid immigration detention cell without charge for 85 days seems wrong and legally suspect to me. If this is being done at the direction of the embassy, and if they are blocking him from getting legal counsel (which I'm not sure I believe) that would be quite icky.

Perhaps someone with a law degree who has harboured a grudge against the US embassy for decades because of an unsuccessful job application back in the day could represent Mr Greatsinger pro bono.gavinmac wrote: ↑Sat Oct 31, 2020 9:57 amAside from the question of whether BSCW deserves to be locked up, caffe latte reaises some interesting points.
