I think that there is a lot of confusion, and I was confused myself, so I’ll explain what changed everything. It was two things. The complaint to Human Rights, and the article by Khmer Times. I was arrested August 4, 2020. I was told I was arrested for an electronic crime from my email at
[email protected] two weeks before. Those were the stimulus check emails I posted. They told me they were going to interrogate and charge me the next day. I tried to tell them about the assaults on me and my partner by the embassy, but they wouldn’t listen to me.
The next immigration came and they told me they were having nothing to do with it, and the embassy and I had to come to an agreement. The only thing the embassy wanted was me to sign the Repatriation Act loan and go back to the US. They came twice in August touting their Repatriation Act loan, and asking me if I was ready to go home. Since I couldn’t have a phone, they told me ask any guard, and if you agree to sign, we can be up to immigration detention in 1 to 2 days and have you back in the USA in three days. They wouldn’t tell me my charge, and they wouldn’t let me have a lawyer. They tried to stop my visits, and me signing Power of Attorney over to a lawyer, or give me food. So my partner filed a complaint with Human Rights.
The embassy nor immigration were expecting that. That was October 6, 2020 they both got that letter. Immigration’s letter is slightly different, and they were just waiting on evidence from the embassy to charge and remove me. On September 8, 2020 the embassy came to immigration and told me I was being deported in one week if I didn’t sign the Repatriation Act loan. They also demanded my passport. I refused and told them I hadn’t done anything wrong.
Then the embassy got the Human Rights notice. They came up to see me claiming I didn’t want to see them. I told them I would sue them, the embassy. They never came again until January 4, 2021 and said I could have a phone. So I got one. The told me I was being deported very soon to the USA, and that I could still sign the Repatriation Act loan, and I could not go to any third country. The embassy refused to answer Human Rights. Look at Phnom Penh Post article.
This is when immigration knew something was wrong. Why would I file the Human Rights complaint if I was guilty? I had been there 3 months. They had no evidence, no crime, and all my papers were in order. Not that it matters. If immigration wants to get rid of you, you are gone.
Then came the Khmer Times article …………………… beer break!
Hello Mr. Magoo. Someone should ask immigration where I am and what happened!!!!!
I love bitches n gonna fuck Texas and the USA+ right up their god damn ass! Hallelujah!
