there is a YouTube channel I have recently come across (thanks to a friends share) quite a wonderful one really, that is curated by a foreigner and not a NJH or other weirdo one. this is by a guy who is going around some of the forgotten temples of Siem Reap (Angkor). I really love his tours he started with just videos he took and now he is in the shot but he does have that enthusiasm/curiosity and knowledge that is really engaging.
Anyway here is the latest, I'd encourage anyone with any interest in these things I recommend to watch and check the rest of them from the beginning.
Forgotten Temples of Cambodia
I am that chap who makes these videos and I just saw your kind review. Thank you so very much , it takes a lot of work and is wholly frustrating sometimes therefore your kind words are very much appreciated.
I now have two videos a week booked until August 2021 so many more to come.
Best wishes

This is really fascinating stuff, I subscribed already. The ancient roads are interesting in that so many fell into disuse. Christopher Pym wrote The Road To Angkor about his journey from central Vietnam across to Angkor in the late 50s trying to trace the original straight road as much as possible. Looking forward to checking out your videos.

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
I like your enthusiasm in the videos.Mr B wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 9:51 pmI am that chap who makes these videos and I just saw your kind review. Thank you so very much , it takes a lot of work and is wholly frustrating sometimes therefore your kind words are very much appreciated.

A bit like a young David Attenborough.
A touch cringe-worthy
I am also interested in this topic and glad I found this post. I enjoy cycling to these remote locations and am grateful for the background info. I appreciate the hard work it takes to make these vids. Great work!
