Only met him a few times at various events and a decent chat once among the 'lawyer' crew. Very nice guy, plenty of stories to tell & sure I only saw the surface of a fascinating guy; 68 is a bit soon, but he packed in an awful lot in that time. RIP.

Sad day and whatever you thought about Brett, he was a good guy and did a lot of good (and possibly some bad) for Cambodia.

Met him at Harry’s seemed a good bloke with many stories of his time.
RIP.

The girls at Larry's will be upset by this...

Known Brett for over 20 years. He was quiet an interesting individual. He will certainly be missed.
A Larry's regular...like clockwork, same daily arrival and departure times..Will be sorely missed there....

Havent seen him in years but heard he lost a bit of weight? Would still certainly be on the Covid19 danger list for obesity or diabetes? Was it covid related?
RIP

It’s been a pleasure to know Brett. No matter how busy of a day he was having he always found time to stop for a quick chat. He went from Reagan to Hun Sen with a remarkable career.
May he Rest In Peace.
May he Rest In Peace.
He had gastric bypass surgery a couple years ago and lost quite a lot of weight.
I saw him about a week to 10 days ago.... Looked on the heavy side and getting in the black SUV was a task... But seemed to be his regular self...
