RIP Brett Sciaroni
I knew Brett for 20 years. There are a couple of things about him that no one has mentioned. First and foremost, he was a proud American patriot who championed freedom and liberty his entire adult life. He was unwavering in his commitment to those ideals. Second, Brett was an extremely hard worker. In 20 years....I never saw him take a vacation that was not a working trip. He worked his ass off to the end to serve his clients and grow his business. Even on the occasional weekend when he would come in not wearing a suit....he would rarely have the day to himself, more often just a brief few hours. Brett was a great American, a great patriot, a great Cambodian citizen, and a larger than life figure on the expat scene. RIP Brett....and the Redskins still suck.

The envy is big on this one. No surpise the chavs and carpetbaggers dancing on his grave. You might get a look in now.

LOL. You are a guy who was just living in a tent in Spain. Its hilarious seeing you judge people.horace wrote: ↑Sat Mar 13, 2021 12:02 amQuite suprised to see the love and affection being shown. A typical expat who couldn't make it in his own country, like most of us, how many times did he fail his exams? Had some shit to do with the Reagan/ Contra scandal , ended up in Cambodia where he became lucky and helped formulate the laws for the country for someone who many consider to be a dictator.
Fair play to the man for that, but to be honest I found him to be quite a repulsive person, sweating his nuts off , chomping on a cigar while being mopped down with ice cold towels by the staff at Larry's.
I didn’t really know him and can’t say if he was hard working, but I didn’t get that impression from running into him leisurely doing the rounds of taking lunch” at Larry’s/Score/Metro/Flavours every weekday between 10 am - 3pm.

..... cycled many countries for well over a year. Then caught out by covid-19. A lot of judgement coming from you.

Yeah, I slept in a tent in Spain, Morocco, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. I also stayed in some of the roughest and cheapest doss house motels n guest houses that you can imagine. If the pandemic hadn't hit I would also have added eastern Europe , Turkey, India and Burma to the list. 60, 000 km over four years. I cycled up n down mountains , through deserts and jungle , countryside and cities. Would I do it again? You bet, just as soon as I can. Btw, for the past year in Spain I have spent only three months " living " in a tent, I was given a four bedroom villa to live in for the first three month lockdown, and for the last six months I have been renting a wooden chalet on the Costa Tropical and Iam glad I have coz the winter has been the worst in living memory.

k440, something to do when you're pissed.
We drove a van from Clapham to Morocco in 1994 . Slept at Immoussaine Point for the surf. All I remember is the epic amounts of human shit all throughout the Sandhills. That and the fly blown meat hanging up. Fock the hash was good up in the Riff Mountains though. Tarifa for wind and French bitches in g strings and Marrakech for orange juice, cobras and rugshorace wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 1:54 pmTony wrote: ↑Mon Mar 15, 2021 6:00 amLOL. By providing legal representation to an undemocratic regime and helping to enrich and give legitimacy to a despot who ruthlessly quashes his own people's freedom and liberty?

So long as they didn’t impact his ability to enrich himself by legitimising the most corrupt political regime in Asia, and ensuring those small brown people didn’t get all uppity by enjoying freedom and democracy, which would clearly take them away from their primary duty of wiping his sweaty body in shabby bars.Greg Hill wrote: ↑Sun Mar 14, 2021 9:02 pmFirst and foremost, he was a proud American patriot who championed freedom and liberty his entire adult life. Can you imagine the after hours tips involved with wiping the nether regions scrotal / thigh frictional induced juicy moist smegma overflow and then also the lower under-gut overhang staligtite style ejaculate as it dripped ?

They're probably not even the most corrupt political regime in Cambodia, on the SE Asia scale absolutely amateur in comparison to their neighbours.
