The pirate eye is a real thing, a dwarf hooker in a bar in Angeles City offered me one onetime.

Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Is Alexandra doing a parody of a humourless person or is she serious???

The urban dictionary was done a hundred years ago and much more humorously by Ambrose Bierce with his Devil’s Dictionary.

I never said it was serious. I just said it wasn't a parody. A lot of words in there are actually used!Alexandra wrote: ↑Wed Mar 31, 2021 9:29 pmThat doesn’t make it a serious dictionary though. Covid is not physically bad enough to cause have/have not riots over vaccine access.
Any riots and wars will be by Opportunist Powers exploiting the Covid smokescreen and will be the same sh*t, different channel, communication age version.

The whole temperature check thing is such a nonsense for the most part; I've seen so many cases where the temperature is way above 37 and the security just grin and let the person in anyway; some just skip it entirely and aren't challenged. You can have the most accurate thermometer in the world, it's no good if the operator hasn't got a Scooby Doo, or doesn't care.

I went to a temperature facial scanner on one site the other month, and it failed, and the security guy asked me whether i had the heater on in the van, and i tested again a few times and passed.
Made me laugh at least.

I saw the article about temperature checks in The Khmer Times which popped up in my news feed and I was suprised that the shops and businesses are doing this. I have never had my temperature taken over the last 12 months and have not even seen a thermometer other than the ones for sale in the chemist!
k440, something to do when you're pissed.
