I bought a bread-maker during the first lock-down last year. One of the best investments I have made and still use it all the time now, even though everything is back to normal in Vietnam.
Lentils are not boring if you use them to make things like a Dal curry.
As another lock-down could come very quickly, I have the following items in my pantry:
A few bags of Pasta, a few jars of pasta sauce, canned fish (not tuna but things like herring fillets in mustard sauce), a few cans of diced tomatoes, a few cans of vegetables, dried herbs and spices, freezer full of cheese, a couple of jars of sausages, a few packs of mashed potatoes, dried beans, Quinoa, Couscous, Tortilla wraps, Muesli, stock cubes, a few jars of Salsas, some pate, refried beans. Enough to keep me going for a couple of weeks.
Prepping.

I mentioned gram flour, it's used for making pakoras, bhajis, etc.
