Glass near empty folks have world media - not to mention science - to back them up. An important motivator for urgent change I'm sure, but that is not what I'm looking for here. Here I seek not hard, bitter realism, but your most optimistic dream for what Cambodia MIGHT be like in 2035 if almost everything works out.

If i was still in the KOW living the dream in 2035, i'd probably wish it was the Cambodia in 2002, but with 4G.
In 2002 you could get a lobster dinner for a dollar.

A dollar lobster dinner? Unless you are counting those little (lobsters, not exactly) crustaceans they sold 4 or 5 for a buck at the beach you are dreaming. Or else we were going to alternate Cambodias back then.

Those "on the beach lobsters" are abit different as they have often been dried in the sun for days on some viet lady's head.johnny lightning wrote: ↑Wed Jun 16, 2021 5:16 amA dollar lobster dinner? Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
