Anyone know which school they are talking about? My money is on CIA...
Which school is it?
If they have not died or were hospitalized the vaccine seems to work. Most businesses that are taking a hit from the Chinese virus are forced to take measures that keep them afloat. It makes sense to start with less essential staff. They are likely afraid teachers will leave and their business collapses. In that case everybody loses, including the children and parents. It is a difficult time for all.

'The sources say that staff at the school were mandated to work onsite by the CEO, and informed there was no option to work from home. Staff were repeatedly required to attend all staff meetings despite a ban on gatherings of more than 20 and small meetings were held routinely by the foreign Head of school who was seen not wearing a mask.
Staff members working in communal office spaces were unable to social distance before the first outbreak, and CNE has been informed that the Head of school- in messages seen by CNE- directed staff not to seek tests, and advised that as they had been vaccinated the test would show a positive result.'
Christ, that won't go down well with the government.

Nope. ACE workers have the choice to work from home. Also they aren't an International school.guest44 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 09, 2021 8:31 pmCould it not be ACE?
We are still getting paid full wage so it's not CIA. I have heard that Zhong Ying and Westline owned schools are getting 30-50% of their salary (so $300-600 a month)
Sounds almost exactly like Southbridge for the last year.
Having worked for the head cheese of southbridge before I’d not be surprised at all. Absolute liability.

I love the way the headline is constructed. "Unfair & Irresponsible Staff speak out against unfair COVID Policy."
Seems the CEO was the irresponsible one.
