I know four different restarant owners and all are saying the same thing - They simply dont know.
at best they are trying to make what business they can and waiting for the first and maybe second warning from the sangakt plods.
while some places are openly selling and advertsing the fact hoping that one phone number they have in thier wallet will actually get them out of jail as advertised others are being more descrete and hoping for the best
hostess bars are the hardest hit with no punters putting money over the bar and keeping 10+ chicks on the payroll. I know of at least 2 places that have finally said enough and sent the girls home. More will follow
