What is "Airport Express"? Is that the name of his company?
I don't know what Airport Express is in this sense. There's an airport fast track service that allows VIPs to be met within arrivals straight off the plane and allows them to skip any queues etc. It also allows them when leaving to have two people to go with them to the departures gate. It costs about $500 or so. Considering how small and easy it is to get through the current Phnom Penh International Airport it seems a lot. However my company often uses it and it's actually useful for making things smoother and extending meeting time with important visitors.
Can you really extend a visa for a year by paying only $100 up front and then the rest upon receipt? Don't the immigration guys need the full amount before they issue the visa?
The company might just require a deposit to make sure the client doesn't disappear and waste the company's time and money. I would imagine that the immigration guys don't extend credit to many.
Anyway the receipt looks sketchy. It's just one of those generic receipts from a book you could buy at any stationers. No company name or details, and not even a stamp. Also "fithteen".
