I am looking for official legislation around consumer rights in Cambodia. IE, just the law, in Khmer, with possible an English translation provided to.
I am trying to help a tuktuk driver who got lured into a pretty one-sided contract, he will never be able to pay the monthly fee. Trying to find arguments to get him out of his contract without having to pay an exceptional high termination fee. Think about a total payment of USD 4K for a less than 2K value tuktuk, to be paid in 30 months.
Consumer rights legislation ?
