Maybe they had sex wit him because he was their boss and they wanted to keep their jobs. If that is what happened, is that prostitution?
Kratie hotelier Richard "Rick" McMahan charged with sexually abusing two underage boys
I'm not sure I understand the point you are trying to make.hgdsfkgsdkgd wrote: ↑Sat Sep 25, 2021 10:58 amMaybe they had sex wit him because he was their boss and they wanted to keep their jobs. If that is what happened, is that prostitution?
If, in this instance, a person is able to force someone to comply with their sexual requirements because they hold power over them, then yes they are forcing them to prostitute themselves.
I refuse to go out with nothing more than a whimper followed by a small farting sound and a shit stain on my bed sheets..
Just thought I'd share that with you.

Well, legally prostitution is sex in exchange for payment. If a boss has sex with his secretary, neither one can be convicted of prostitution for that, right?

Bringing the news. You stay classy, nas, Cambodia.
It's odd that so many posters seem unaware of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child - full text - including Optional Protocols of May 2000, and to which Cambodia acceded to in 1992, and which the USA signed but is, AFAIK, NOT a party to.

Yeah, typical Karen posting. Start with a firm statement and in the end distancing from that.Lucky Lucan wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 3:49 pmFill us in then? UN conventions are signed by nations who then adapt their legal frameworks to meet convention requirements, Cases are then prosecuted on the basis of these laws. What is important for individuals is to understand the laws of a country and how they are applied.Karen439 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 26, 2021 1:45 pmIt's odd that so many posters seem unaware of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child - full text - including Optional Protocols of May 2000, and to which Cambodia acceded to in 1992, and which the USA signed but is, AFAIK, NOT a party to.

Hence it isn't odd at all for individuals to be unaware of details in the myriad of UN conventions countries are signatory to unless they are involved in formulating laws and policies or are in the business of advocacy.
People should, at least, be aware of the laws of the country in which they reside or visit and the basis on which those laws are founded.
Certain national laws have their foundation in international conventions to which member nations of the United Nations subscribe, such as those found in the UN Convention on the Rights of Children , aka CRC.
Nothing mysterious or myriad about these conventions at all.
