violence at soyra mall
as I was walking past Shanghai Bar oposite the sandwich place at about midnight last night a khmer guy standing there decided to run up and punch me in the face. he ran back to the ghetto opposite the mall when I confronted him. just saying, be careful, even in areas where there are a few people around people are doing strange shit

I pass through there at lunch time sometimes. I wouldn't walk around there at night.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
I remember now. one of the dealers that walks run soyra mall. my freind made a bit of a fuss about his gf giving him a ciggerette and he said he was going to box him but he saw me instead. I guess he does have problems. the guys up their get their money by extorting girls and I guess he couldnt find one to beat up. dont know why they dont get a dress and go riverside and earn an honest living
Probably a junkie that area is full of it. a swarm of human vermine.
GSM aka. Meth Head Central...say no more. Nothing good ever happens around there, especially after dark.
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
just talking to a friend and he knows of 2 other attacks the last few days in the same place. its a pimp
To be perfectly frank, there needs to be MORE violence at Sorya Mall!

I've had it happen to me, I wont go around there, my friend also was assaulted. She was denied the option to file a police report at the station with an appropriate fee. The plainclothes PM's around there now freely admit to who is in charge - at least for the time being the Block around Sorya is controlled by the locals, the police are not doing anything at the moment. It could be that they are going to grab the leaders later to avoid backlash. There is potential for a riot and that's not something anybody wants. It's been a long pandemic and things have flared up and that will continue as long as this crisis does. I would prepare for worse to come and in other parts of town, I am unhappy to add that but my sense is that's how this is going to go.

YTP came all the way from Kampot to give you a slap. That's how much you deserved it.

'potential for a riot' he says. -what a joke!
I noticed that part of that all the shops on St.172 all the way up to the Pontoon Club are now demolished, a high sheet metal fence was erected last week, so maybe there some hope that the end of the infamous GSM is near.johny lunchbox wrote: ↑Fri Oct 29, 2021 11:57 amI've had it happen to me, I wont go around there, my friend also was assaulted.
