No such thing as a "spousal visa" and whatever it is you have to renew it every 12 months.

No such Visa type or EOS category exists. Let me guess, your Visa EOS is stamped "EB" right, and has an expiry date?gizmo wrote: ↑Mon Mar 06, 2023 4:51 amI was recently granted the new spousal visa. $350.Phnom Penh Trader wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 9:11 pmHow many husbands have citizenship via their wives is the more pertinent question?

Those legally married in Cambodia to a Cambodian Citizen, who do not work and aren't eligible for, or don't want, an ER EOS, are eligible for the EB (Business) EOS based on marriage without the need to provide employment/business related supporting documentation, but marriage related supporting documentation is required. You cannot just stay as long as you want, you still need to apply for and obtain a new EOS every 12 months.
This is nothing new at all, and If you are actually legally married in Cambodia to a Cambodian Citizen, and had the necessary supporting documentation, then you paid way too much. Sounds more like a case of you paying extra for not having the necessary supporting documentation and the agent providing fake employment related supporting documentation maybe.
If your Visa EOS is different, and you want clarification, feel free to send me a picture via private message and I'll explain what you have.
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
