You Can just cut the doors off a KIA Visto little car and have the same thing. And A/C a radio and 4 wheels.

His comment on it the first of its kind here is wrong maybe the first of that brand but there is at least 4 or5 Thi type LPG 3 wheel things here.
Its all going to be about the price nothing more. Safe or not safe only the price will tell if it sells or not.
I personally like the Cambodian Tuk TUk over the 3 wheel things in Thailand.

Agree, Brian. The Khmer tuk-tuk is physically fine and suited to local conditions. They just need to relocate some of the drivers. To Kamchatka peninsula, preferably. Nice present for the white bears.
