There’s been some nightmare results with condo management companies not holding up their end of the deal. And issues of buildings not being completed by developers. Maybe things have improved in the last ten years.

There’s been some nightmare results with condo management companies not holding up their end of the deal. And issues of buildings not being completed by developers. Maybe things have improved in the last ten years.

For sure almost all the condos I’ve looked at to rent seem to have at least one part of the facilities that was built and then not put to use. Unattended bars, unfilled jacuzzis, meeting rooms closed off to use for storage, empty shop units, that sort of thing.
