Do believe the biased accounts of a company that is in the real estate business?
I sure don't they screw you when you buy and screw you when you sell and drive the markets up with there over inflation of property value

Hi Beaker, thanks for your comments. The articles I have written are a detailed explanation of a directive by the Ministry to enforce an existing law. This has a material impact on my clients and the market itself so it's important to address the notification itself and potential effects. The articles also address pertinent questions posted on this forum as well as other emails that I have received from clients this week. I'm not sure where bias comes into the fact that foreigners can no longer hold soft titles in their own name but if you have any additional questions with regards to the Ministry Notification, title types or ownership structures available to foreigners I would be happy to answer them.Beaker wrote:Do believe the biased accounts of a company that is in the real estate business?

Here, just like in any market, the sale price of a property is set by the seller. Of course, as a service provider and industry professional we advise on what the sale price should be. I don't see the logic behind us "driving up prices" as the end result of this would be no sales and unhappy clients. All fees and commissions are discussed with our clients up front (our home finding services for tenants and buyers are free) so that those who engage our services are 100% informed. I'm confident that IPS clients can attest to the transparency and no-nonsense approach to our services. If would like more information on the services we provide please feel free to contract me or drop into the office for a chat
