Well, now that we know the (expected) issues, the lady decided she doesn't want to proceed (if this was my house, I'd proceed regardless. But then I'd knock a whole lot more down... lol).
Today will fill the cavities created yesterday.

Might be interested in a larger piece of land (outside of PP) to build a new house, where I can knock down walls later at my heart's content...

Hammer drill with a chisel attachment always worked for me. Let the labour handle it. They know how to do it.
