Looking for a nice place to live in Naga World Casino area.
Looking for a nice place to live in Naga World Casino area.
Moving the Phnom Penh next month, and will be working at Naga World Casino. Trying to fine an studio/apt/hotel for around $300-$400 a month and a pool & gym would be a plus...on the map I see Koh Pich and Aeon mall are all close by to the casino area. So if you know of anything please let me know...Thank You!

You won't get an apartment with pool and gym in that area for that price. Actually not sure you could get an apartment in any area with gym and pool for that price.
Add $300 to your budget and you might have a chance

Tonle Bassac is also a nearby area to consider when looking at rental listings.
What will you be doing at Nagaworld? They have some leggy women working there, maybe you could be one of them.

I heard if you are a high roller you can stay in the Naga casino hotel for free. I think there is a gym there, not sure about pool but there is a Mekong lake near by. Lets say you buy 100k worth of chips hold your stack of chips spend 5-10 mins daily at the VIP tables pretend you are playing and go on about your day afterward.

Like said, you need to double your budget if you want to live in Koh Pich or Tonle Bassac area in a building with those features. Casa by Meridian in Koh Pich for example starting price is from $600 / month.doggie55 wrote:Moving the Phnom Penh next month, and will be working at Naga World Casino. Actually you can. Even on BKK1 area. There is a Japanese owned condo where rents start from $350 for studio. Gym and pool are pretty tiny though.ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote:You won't get an apartment with pool and gym in that area for that price. When I was looking last year one bed furnished apartments with security, pool and gym, even out in TK area were starting at $400.
Remember seeing one on Hanoi Road, nice place but pretty far out for $300 for one bedroom.

You may be shocked to learn that casinos will notice that and not let you keep staying there for free. No one gives rooms to people just for buying chips and not really gambling.the chicken wrote:Lets say you buy 100k worth of chips hold your stack of chips spend 5-10 mins daily at the VIP tables pretend you are playing and go on about your day afterward.

Yeah, and if you can afford $100,000 of chips you shouldn't be too bothered about paying rent on an apartment.gavinmac wrote:You may be shocked to learn that casinos will notice that and not let you keep staying there for free.
